Bourne Hall, an elegant Victorian Country House, is set in mature grounds. The hotel was originally built in the late 1860’s said to be for one of Queen Victoria’s ladies in waiting.

The “house” still retains its sense of history whilst providing a beautiful backdrop for your Civil Ceremony or Civil Partnership and/or reception. We understand that each Civil Ceremony and Partnership is a unique celebration, for which we have an experienced team on hand to help plan every stage of this magical day, ensuring that all goes smoothly. Our three reception rooms vary from our large Ball Room capable of seating up to 250 guests through to two progressively smaller rooms. Each of our 3 venues provides a delightful atmosphere. Your catering is important; we offer an exceptional selection of wedding breakfast menus and along with a fully licensed bar everything can be arranged, even down to your cake and flowers.

However, if you have specific ideas of your perfect day, Gurnard Pines can provide you with your own experienced Wedding Co-ordinator to look after your special day. If you're planning your wedding why not get in shape for the big day with one of our special "wedding fitness packages" for both the bride and groom at The Leisure Club. Your wedding can also become the perfect weekend retreat. Luxury, individual, two and three bedroom Bungalows and Pine Lodges surrounded by 50 acres of private woodland, are perfect accommodation for any guests or even the bride and groom. Children are happily catered for as they can roam around the soft play area or settle into the crèche.

The ‘Garden Isle’ with its captivating landscapes, beautiful beaches, wonderful seascapes and a climate as warm and as gentle as its people. Shanklin named after the famous Chine overlooks sandy beaches and thatched roofs of ‘Old ShanklinVillage’, suffuse it with ‘Old World Charm’. The Eversley Hotel Ventnor, originally built as a gentleman’s residence in 1873 has been in our family since 1964. The Fountain Hotel Cowes Isle of Wight is located on the Quay in Cowes Isle of Wight. Located in East Cowes only a step off the ferry terminal. The Fountain Hotel was built in 1771 as the Golden Fleece and had another inn, the Dolphin, right next door. An early visitor was the third President of the United States, Thomas Jefferson, who stayed with his entourage preparatory to departing after a state visit in 1789. As both the headquarters and the terminus of the ferry company, the Fountain Hotel quickly became Cowes' premier inn, entertaining such dignitaries as King Charles X of France and his family in 1830.
